We are looking for development of small customised CRM software for our consulting service business. We are a small firm of professionals providing service in areas of ITR filing, Accounting, GST filing, Company incorporation, Funding etc.
Our specific requirements are as under:
a) Presently, software will be used by only one user. But it should be expandable so that we may give them to other guy in sales team.
b) We want to manage our client's contacts. We have more than 10,000 data's of potential clients who have approached us in the past for taking our consulting service. presently, we are maintaining the data on excel sheets. We want to move it to CRM.
c) We want to save data in CRM software category wise. Example if suppose 1000 potential clients approached us for our service and out of the same, 200 were looking for Accounting service, 200 were looking for ITR filing, 200 were looking for GST filing service, 200 were looking for Funding service and balance 200 for some other service, in such case, we should be able to save data in such a manner that we can export a list in excel sheet for 5 different types of clients who has approached us for 5 different services.
d) Also, the CRM data can be categorised as Cold leads, warm leads, status of leads, converted into customer etc. It may also have some sort of reminders to follow up with potential leads
e) There should be no duplication of data. It means that if we have added particular mobile number or email id of particular person in CRM, no duplicate data can be saved for same mobile number and email id
f) We should be able to import data from our laptop to CRM and similarly, CRM saved data can be exported in excel file ( mentioning name, mobile, email, type of service) to be able to save on laptop
f) There should be no limit to number of data which can be saved in CRM.
g) The CRM should be able to get integrated with outside email service provider like Mailchimp and Sendin blue for sending bulk emails from CRM itself
h) The CRM should be able to get integrated with outside sms and whatsapp providers for sending bulk whatsapp or sms messages from CRM itself
i) It should also have facility to attach JPG files for sending images as well as video/reels attachment so that we can do pitching by attaching images and videos via email and via whatsapp while sending to our clients.
j) The CRM should be able to be installed on our system or it may be cloud based.
k) Any other features as you may suggest
We have limited budget and accordingly, we will evaluate proposals of different freelancers.
