I want to build a simple google map.
1. I want a maximum of 50 items displayed at a time. If more it needs to be in clusters. The map also must zoom in and out based on where items are on the map.
2. I want to be able to draw multiple areas, so only those areas are displayed. I also want a mile radius based on a zip code or area on the map. I need a clear button, so that the draw areas are cleared and it searches the entire area.
