1. Change every name so only the first letter will be capitalized in the Name, Institute and Speciality columns. In example, "BAI Jiang" should be changed to "Bai Jiang". another example, "NICOLAS BALAT" should be changed to "Nicolas Balat". Note! the prepositions "van" or "de" SHOULDN'T be capitalized. In example. "peter van es" Should be changed to "Peter van ES". Another example, "katholieke Universiteit Leuven" should be changed to "Katholieke Universiteit Leuven".
2. Separate the personal title (if there is one) from the Name column to the "Title" column. in example, "Dr Abigail Levrau " should be "Dr" under the "Title" column, and "Abigail Levrau" under the "Name" column.
3. If there is no title available in the file, search and put the correct title - Dr/Professor/Mr/Mrs and add it in the correct column - use the personal link or search google.
4. Correct the name order under "Name" column to this sequence - Firstname Middlename Lastname. In example, "Alic Bîrca" should be reorganized to "Bîrca Alic".
