I would need photo upload implementation for my API that is based on Django REST framework. This project should implement CRUD options for API and implement tests using Requests. Those tests work as this-is-how-it-should-be-used show case. The app should list uploaded images. However, the API part here is the important part. Feel free to use one the myriad open source Django portfolio apps as a base. Choose the encoding that you think is the best for photo upload.

Requirements:

1. use Django REST framework ([login to view URL])

2. implement app+API that enables image upload via API
