Create a Windows Program from existing Python Script

Create windows program from working python script (script is working on linux ubuntu system)
Windows program will be a compiled/installer version
I do not want the program to be shared without my permission, so I need the program to included some security. I am open to how we accomplish this, but I was thinking something simple like: End User will need to enter username (email) and update product key that has to be updated each month.
I really have two projects:
(1) one python script is 50 lines
(2) one script that calls a few other scripts, less than 200 lines total.
I hope there is an easier way to do this than rewriting program from scratch.
The python script uses selenium/chrome and does some csv file manipulation.
