This project is an online grocery shopper app.

There are 3 parts of this project:

First is web panel which is controls, manages, and reports and for the customer service, they will visit the app to buy the grocery products. the delivery panel, the delivery boy gets the notification and controls the order.

Order of the process is when the customer request for product orders then the system will find the delivery boy who is available and execute the order. Delivery boy will buy the product and deliver it to the customer.

In the admin panel, the system will manage the order total amount.

For the delivery charge, the total amount will be % or amount will add. The volume of the amount will manage by the system. This method must be dynamic.

For the welcome page and other pages we have added the image of the full app please the images you will get your full idea.

All supermarket advertisements with logos will show the top of the screen, it will auto slide.

In the admin panel, every product information input with the barcode. This barcode adds information with supermarket, price, name, and other some information.

When the customer order request generates. After that, the customer can increase the total amount of order of 30%. In the delivery panel, if the delivery boy does not find any item they can communicate the customer and change the item, but replace a specific amount of %.

If the delivery boy does not find exactly the brand of product they should contact the customer and replace the item. But the delivery boy needs to confirm the 1st which item of band listed in the product in the database. If they communicate with the customer so they don't any wasting time. If the delivery boy replaces any item it will auto-update system database. And get the items history records on the database so admin can find out which product is short in the supermarket, and delivery boy order list replacement history monitoring.

Customers can change their item information one certain time and the time is when the system says "your delivery in process ".

When the delivery completed. After that, the customer gets any complaints about the order. They can go their history of orders and then the comment section selects the complaint list then input their complaint information and review about the order by the star. If they select 1 or 4 stars, so this notification will send to the system and take any action about the order.

When the customer opens every time app, they will mark the last order review by a star.

In the admin panel, create the promo code and discount card. Or some time refund amounts and replace the product it converts to discount card or promo code.

When the customer set a review against the delivery boy. If get certain number review is bad, then this delivery boy will not get any order to execute. Then he will get a message please contact the authority.

A good review of delivery boy will get 1st priority for the order. The system will set the priority of the order review.

This not a good idea to show the review information to the delivery boy. Because they will trying contact to customers about the product or service, so it make a bad review of your service. It will better system will send weekly information about their service, and guide them to the delivery process.

For manually order by the call. And the system will add the order information of the customer. Or take a photo by grocery app and send it to the system and the support person will make an order for the customer.

In the delivery panel, when the delivery boy accepts the order. They have to arrive at the supermarket within 30 minutes and when they start buying products they have to notify the system. Otherwise, system will be rating down the acceptance. If rating repeatedly down then the system will disconnect the certain delivery app.
