Create and endpoint that returns list of competitions in a city

1. There is an administration application that stores all the details of various dance competitions.
2. Another website needs access to the details of the competitions in the present city.
3. The data should be returned in json format from a single restful call to the Rails web server.
The data that should be returned is:
Date start and date end
City
Locvation
a Map reference
a hotel reference
These details are all stored presently in our Rails backend.
