Sales and Scheduling Assistant for Inbound Leads
Tasks:
- Scheduling appointments for inbound leads
- Responding to emails and inquiries
- Answering the office phone and booking consults
You will be starting work at 9.30am SYDNEY TIME start time each day Monday to Friday. This is not negotiable.
1. You must be able to manage a lead list, rescheduling meetings that were not attended at the last minute, following up to book meetings with the existing clients and our teams.
2. Answering the office phone, which is connected to MS TEAMS
3. Calling people and sending SMS to book consults
4. Scheduling entities in outlook via phone call or MS Teams
5. Assist the CEO with sales and quotation follow ups
6. Must be professional and able to answer the office phone as the key person in reception.
7. Minimum 7 years experience required
8. Role will be full time by February 2024
Preferred Scheduling Tool: Outlook and MS Teams
Anticipated Hours per Week: More than 20 hours
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars and booking consultations for the CEO and client services team.
- Strong communication skills for responding to inbound calls and inquiries in a professional manner
- Sales experience and ability to organise leads and manage leads a booking, meeting rescheduling is i.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle a high volume of appointments and inquiries
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and handle last-minute changes confidently
