Need Help with SEO Promo Work on SM Networks

We are looking for several freelance SEO specialists who can do various promos on Digg, Reddit, StumbleUpon, Facebook, Fark, Twitter and other social media trusted sites with high PR for special articles and press releases our company provide you with on several different purpose websites requested by project owner. The content of Special Articles and press releases can be discussed with project owner. SEO special should be knowledgeable of social media site trends, voting system on Reddit or Digg and advise project owner what would be best to promote on certain Social Media site at given time frame. You should be able to provide your strategy in PMB how are you planning to achieve high ranking on sites where voting system is in place (Reddit, Digg, StumbleUpon) or how you attract visitors from facebook / twitter/ myspace.
Payrate will vary - depending on successful promo and depending on Social Media site, will be discussed upon selection of provider. For example: if article is showed up on main page of Digg or Reddit and buyer's website gains substantial traffic from such a promo on that particular day, we are wiling to pay upto $50 for such single promo. We basically need up to 5 promos every week. So based on that about 20 promos - every month. You need to be prepared to show successful cases of your previous promotions and ready to discuss your strategy with project owner on daily basis.
