I'd like a similar implementation of permalink functionality as listed in the attached document using Java/Servlets/Tomcat 8/MySQL. I assume they use session or cookie to remember the permalink ID generated for that current session.

Please bid only if you know how to do this and can implement right away. The solution must be SEO friendly.

Only back-end work. No GUI work required unless a simple JSP/HTML page with simple form for testing is needed.
