Looking for someone to explain to me how to do what should be a simple inventory task.

I have two demo lists: Main inventory and Item distribution

All I want to learn is to update Main inventory by substracting item distribution/amount needed from Main inventory/amount in inventory. This is for SharePoint Online only.
