We are an e-commerce company specializing in eyewear, and we are rapidly growing. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly-organized individual who enjoys communicating with customers and working on the "front line" to join our team as an E-commerce Customer Service and Fulfillment Representative.
Location: Remote
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: To be discussed during the interview (salary is per month)
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and support tickets via email, live chat, and social media with utmost courtesy.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure the smooth delivery of customer orders.
Liaise with brand partners and influencers.
Organize product and customer data for SEO and CRO purposes.
Manage other VA's (virtual assistants) in the future.
Deflect potential disputes from proceeding to credit card chargebacks and negative reviews.
Respond courteously to negative reviews and offer customers a resolution to remove the review.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer support (email, chat, or voice) using a ticketing system (Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk etc) is a MUST.
Knowledge of customer support terminology (tickets, response time, etc.).
Familiarity with customer support KPIs such as CSAT, FRT, AHT, and NPS.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Highly organized and strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets/Excel.
Excellent writing and perfect grammar.
A good dose of positivity!

Must be over-organized and detail-oriented.
Enjoy communicating with customers and working on the "front line."
Invigorated by a start-up environment.
Interested in growing together with our company.
Must be a serious, long-term team member.
Willing to work remotely and be available 5 hours a day starting at 0500h Manila time (1700h EST).
Must be able to calculate the following: (2742.8/(51*55)-42) and include the result in the subject line of your application to the position. Then, take the calculation result and divide it by 3 (round to the nearest tenth of a decimal place) and include this new result in the subject of your application.
The successful candidate will be working in a high-growth environment and must be able to work autonomously while following detailed instructions.
The E-commerce Customer Service and Fulfillment Representative will be responsible for handling live chat during daytime PST hours.
Must be able to respond to customer inquiries with utmost courtesy.
We offer a flexible part-time schedule, and you will be fully trained by senior team members on a continual basis. Previous experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
