Increase Facebook likes and Twitter followers

We need to increase our likes/followers on our 2 facebook and 2 Twitter pages.
Main target areas are UK, with some from Europe.
Please see the instructions before bidding on this project:
- Only WHITE HAT methods should be used. Techniques used should not risk our account from getting banned.
- You must follow all the Terms of Service of Facebook and Twitter !
- No bots, no blackhat techniques, no farming, NO SPAMMERS! etc.
- No passwords or account access will be provided, Just the links to our fan pages
- Fans should be mostly from the UK and Europe
- All fans must come from real people with proper accounts. The likes should stay active for at least 2 weeks before full payment will be released.
- Profile photos must be included however they cannot be distasteful or inappropriate.
- Fan likes must be done in a slow and timely manner (NOT too fast).
