Java Code to Create Simple Tables

I am attaching two mySQL tables and two input files [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view]
The program flow follows. See attached Field Definition documentation
Program Flow
1. Read file "[url removed, login to view]"
2. If first time, load SourceIPaddress, DestinationIPaddress, SourcePort, DestinationPort into Configuration. Create new unique Identifier. CommonName should be Kame.net. That is, take the name of the file without the "SYN".
3. Create array with items ID, SourceIPaddress, DestinationIPaddress, SourcePort, DestinationPort, SYNPacket, SYNDate, SYNHour, SYNMinutes, SYNSeconds, SYNMilliseconds, SYNMicroseconds,
SYNNanoseconds
4. Read all packets. Load into array.
5. Read file "[url removed, login to view]"
6. For each line in [url removed, login to view], check to see if it matches an item in the array. A match is considered:
SourceIPAddress in array = DestinationIPAddress from [url removed, login to view]
SourcePort in array = DestinationPort from [url removed, login to view]
DestinationIPAddress in array = SourceIPAddress from [url removed, login to view]
DestinationPort in array = SourcePort from [url removed, login to view]
SYNPacket in array < ResponsePacket from [url removed, login to view]
7. There may be multiple matches in [url removed, login to view] for an entry in the array. Take the one with the highest packet number (ResponsePacket).
8. When you get a match, calculate the difference in time from the SYNPacket to the RSPPacket then write out a record in the table HTTPResponse.
9. If at the end, there are unmatched entries in the array, write those to HTTPResponse leaving the "RSP" fields empty.
