I would like a windows service written in vb.net (framework 4.5) that acts as a proxy server.
It will be installed on a local computer, then I want to set the proxy settings in windows to [login to view URL], {port} and all the http and https traffic to move through this application.
It will need to be multi-threaded and handle multiple web requests at a time.
Documentation will be required and a working example, plus source code will be required before final payment. I working exe will be required before any milestone payments.
