To develop VBA code in Access to export and input data to and from Xero via APIs. Specifically to create invoices in Xero and to extract bank transactions from Xero

Some basic generic inventory could be the vehicle for splitting up the invoice in a number of cost codes ie Entry Fees, Yarding, Ground Fees

These would be defined in a table we would supply.
