Need an FFMPEG expert to build a script that, given a streaming url (HLS and MPEG-TS streams) does the following check on the stream:

1) Check the stream exists on the origin server

2) Check that the video is not frozen, looping or dropping frames

3) Check that the audio is not silent

4) Check that the audio is not out of sync

5) Check that the video and audio tracks are present

6) Check and return the video and audio codecs, resolution and bitrate

We know point 1, 5 and 6 are fairly simple for anyone familiar with FFMPEG, so if you bid be sure you are able to complete ALL the listed points - or if you can complete only some SPECIFY IN YOUR BID what of the required tasks you can handle

IMPORTANT NOTE 2: FFMPEG itself is not strictly mandatory. If you have any different solution that can handle the required checks we can discuss and if viable to integrate in our system we can consider any alternative approach after discussing it.
