Non Blocking Queue with return message

I need a class, running as own thread, non blicking and thread safe.
I have a UDP class, who send and receive informationen.
My Main Class receive from another Methode Integer values, where have to forward to the UDP Class.
Answers from the UDP class must be returned to the main class.
There are 4 different information who are sending to the UDP class and also receiving.
One of this UDP command is a keepo alive and has to check, if the target is alive.
If alive, the UDP class give a long value back.
Your class has to hold ONE integer value, which is updated from the Main class. This update if this Integer has to be non blocking the main class.
When you recive the Integer, wait 50ms and then send the Integer to the UDP class.
Waiting because, maybe the Integer would be changed in this 50ms again.
After sending you have to check if the Integer is changed and resend again with 50ms break the Integer.
