I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for windows. I want it to be a simple payroll system whereby the company/entity/government simply enters the beneficiaries details i.e: name, ID #, Employee ID, amount to be paid out, etc. and then the system automatically generates the ledger and reports and creates an account for the beneficiary within a virtual wallet. from here the system should create a debit card and an account number where the pension or any monies is deposited. The payroll system should also have an option to do payouts automatically as set by user.
