Simple Web Scraping or Data Mining software

We need a simple software to find contact details (First name, Last name etc..).
We have a list that contains the email address and/or websites and we'll like to use it as input into the software.
So the software should then;
1. Take in excel file containing a list of email address and/or website
2. Lookup/Extract/Scrape the web anywhere e.g. [login to view URL]
3. Output excel a list of contact details of the list.
We may need 1 or 2 scripts/software created to achieve what we currently do.
