I'm trying to make a trip calculator to minimize the amount of hands that money is transferred between. I made an excel sheet that does this well for one trip, but I've been working to make a program that would work for any trip. I'm including both the code that I've made and the excel sheet. The challenge that I'm facing is how to attribute credit and debit to certain people's names. Like I said, I'd like the program to be able to scale to any trip, so things like people going and who paid for what needs to be able to change. I'd like to have the source code that you write because I'm learning how to code myself.
