Modify Autodesk IPT file and add dimension cutsheet

I have an Attached IPT file that I am looking to modify and have a dimensions sheet created so I can provide them to an engineer that is designing a circuit board. I need to provide the exact placement of 6 connectors on the board.
Previously we used the attached file as a 3d printed plastic back which we mounted individual boards onto it. I am replacing this concept with mounting 2 larger boards that will have 6 ports on each.
MY engineer needs to have a dimension sheet for the circuit board, so I will need you to design a simple circuit board with exactly where the connectors need to be placed. Currently, the rectangular slots are exactly where the connector needs to protrude.
I need you to modify the backplate to accommodate a 6 bay board that you will provide size dimensions of the board and exact placement of the connectors that will be placed on the circuit board.
I will need these files kept in IPT so i can export to 3d print the backplate designed to hold the circuit board.
