Please note the following about this project: Needed in 1 day
First Part:
- I have scores for a number of line items (showing criticality from 1 to 5).
- I have a response sheet with specific questions answered for each one of the line items (in a separate sheet).
Requirement:
- Give each score from 1 to 5 a weight.
- Give a specific weight to the response type.
- Create an evaluation matrix to compare the response against the weight of its criticality and reach one final score rate.
Second Part:
- I have another set of ratings which I want to combine to the set of responses above to reach a final combined score. Note: this set of ratings already has a final score rate.
If needed I have a sample evaluation matrix.
