I am looking for a low cost 12 V DC engine with the following specifications. With low cost I would prefer if I could find someting around 10-20 USD / pcs. And I will need around 3000-5000 pcs.

Can you help me?

Specification:

1. 12 V

2. 1,5 Nm torque

3. 7-15 rpm

4. Cylindrical with gear.

5. Outgoing shaft from gearbox can be offset from cylinder

6. Outgoing shaft 60 mm long and diameter 8 mm

7. Up to 40 mm dia on unit no problem, length no problem.

8. Cable on specification mounted. Spec. comes later.

9. IP 50 or higher

10. Intermittence 5 min/h, (30 sec x 12 starts per hour)

11. Surrounding temperature 0 to +40 degrees centigrade

12. Noise level no problem

13. Minimum life expectation 2000 h. (200000 starts)

14. Stall torque no problem

15. Will not change direction.
