For this project I'll be needing the feathers and texture to be detailed and life-like, but the question is mainly with the animation. I need a complete set of movements - in flight, landing, taking off, combing feathers and such. As I need the bird's in-flight mode the most, I guess the modeler would have to be quite familiar with the bird's aerodynamics for the model to be convincing. On the whole the bar-headed goose flies similarly to other more commonly seen geese, and I can provide a couple of video feeds for reference.
