Convert 2014 3dsMax Vray 3 scene to 2014 Maya vray 2.4 scene. PRO ONLY

Hi,

I have a scene all set up in 2014 3dsmax with vray 3 and I need to convert it into a 2014 maya scene using vray 2.4.

The 3dsmax scene consists of one model of headphones, it has 10 materials. They all need to be converted over to Maya.

There is also one camera, I have already converted it into a standard camera.

I have already created a perfectly camera matched maya file now I just need to convert the materials..

So I will give you the 3dsmax scene and the maya scene I have created all you need to do is shade it in maya identically to the max scene, or convert it if you can, and make sure the hdr lines up.

I will also include a 4k jpeg of the max scene rendered out for reference, the end result out of maya MUST MATCH!!! In the scene is a vray car paint material and the flake needs to be identical
