Logo Animation Rubiks Cube

I have a Template that I created this sample with. [login to view URL]
I need to make this 3D instead of 2D or I would like to just create a Triangle Rubik's Cube like this example: [login to view URL]
Then animate it to have 3 Colors and the Logo on one side when completed. So Cyan=1 Blue=2 White=3 Logo=Side 4 Final finished side. Or any other creative way to mix this while scrambling the Triangles would be acceptable. I visualize the Logo intersecting on 2 levels so it kind of fits on the 4 Cubes Template sample and could have some jello like animation added. The bounce is needed for the Music as you can kind of see from the sample it should be able to time with the music.
The easy way would be to work with my Template to make it customized and make the Logo 3D inside the 4 Cubes. If it can be done in Lightwave, MAYA or 3Ds Max and make it exactly like the Video of the Triangle Cube then we could go that route instead.
I included a few different originals, Ai, SVG and PNG as a sample of the logo.
I will need the Project file and a way to animate to the music and stretch the project if After Effects is used. I have to edit for committee and also need samples without watermarks so a rough render of a portion should be good enough to start to get feedback with.
