This job is to build a 3D character of a cute short fat bald man for children viewers (reference picture available). The character's head needs to have enough polygonal details for full range of facial expressions (talking) and easy to be rigged. Character's body will also have to be modeled to fit natural movements, but the focus is the facial. The character wears a suit,vest,shirt and a tie for later texture mapping.
