Render Flat Packaging Image into 3D Image (2 Sides)

We have a packaging design which is a flat 2D image.
We need that artwork rendered into a REALISTIC looking 3D image of the packaging.
It should have a transparent background. And should have a shadow which can be turned on/off. Final version delivered in PSD.
Both FRONT and BACK of package need to be rendered in same way. 2 images delivered.
Attached is an example of what the final package should look like.
