This project involves the composition of an indepth electronic book (70 pages or so) that discusses foot pains wholistically and the possible cures that are available (The key focus of the book would be to eliminate the cause rather than mask symptoms).

The book will have a structure similar to the below:
- Physiology of the Foot
- Origins of Pain, Discomfort, Injury and Soreness
- General Causes of Pain, Common injuries and Symptoms (And simple ways to identify common causes and remove them e.g. change shoe type)
>achilles tendonitis
>plantar fasciitis
>arch pain
>flat foot pain
>heel pain (bunions)
>calf pain
>pain on the top of the foot
- Myths, Misconceptions and Fallacies
- Current treatments available (Treatments on the market and why they have not produced the desired result)
- Cures!!! (This will include the significant information on how to make real changes to eliminate the cause of pain. Sub headings will range from supplements, to exercise regimes, to massage therapy, to alternative therapies. Whatever you as a professional deems will cure foot pain.
- Ongoing Care and Maintenance of Feet
