Migration From PHP Code To Classic VB Code.

I have about a dozen php pages that I need someone to rewrite and translate to VB6 (classic VB, not vb.net) pseudo code. The pages range in size from 2kb to 22kb.
I'm not expecting the VB code to run, but I want to get a good grasp on what the author was trying to accomplish. I'm pretty well versed in VB6, but php might as well be Greek. I have a difficult time following the syntax.
So basically, I'm looking for some fluent in both php and VB.
I will attach a sample small file if you want to provide a sample of what you can do when you give a quote.
