aUDIO VIDEO FORENSICS EXAMINATION

I need a video expert to check on the attached file if it has been altered or not. i require an expert who maybe called upon to give evidence remotely in his findings to a tribunal in the uk. After the video is anlaysed, the freelancer should be able to talk about it fluently. Someone with knowledge of the uk or america forensic and evidence presentation if required would be useful too.

Dear Sirs

The video attached was secretly taken by a someone to present as evidence in court.

the person allege his 15 year old brother took the image in his bedroom on a mobile phone. see layout of house attached in zip file.

I was nowhere near his bedroom for them to have taken a recording of me , as its my voice it seems as if the person i was speaking to secretly took the video whilst i was speaking to him downstairs or outside the house then he manipulated the video and make it appear as if it was taken by his brother who was in his bedroom upstairs , the image shows a small part of the bedroom upstairs then total darkness , the house was all well lit so it is clear that something has been done to the video.. There is an outside light as well so i did not speak to him in total darkness.

The start of the conversation was deliberately deleted to destroy the possibility of knowing how the conversation started. It was encouraged and i was tricked into helping him to find alternative accommodation so that he would allege i harassed him into leaving the property. Please confirm whether the video has been altered as i did not speak to him anywhere near the bedroom upstairs for his brother to have recorded the conversation.

A section of the video starting at the beginning was cut and the video appear to have been tampered with .

in addition the entire property had lights switched on so i am not sure how he got the video in the dark

As you can see the video doesn't identify the individuals ' The whole property is well lit and i did not speak to him in total darkness.

I can see light at the beginning and end of the video but not during the main conversation .

The voice in the video is were my voice but i cant tell whether the video was altered in any way to prolong a single conversation as i seem to be repeating myself , he also seem to be encouraging me to continue speaking

please analyse the video to see whether it has been modified . Has it been edited please asses how the light varies how it move from part light to total darkness

is a voice superimposed in an image as the entire house had light on all floors and i did not speak to anyone in darkness,.

has the image been modified to make the appearance that i was talking so a 15 year ol d in his bedroom could record it as i at no time i got near to their bedroom . and at no time i was in darkness with anyone. The entire house was well lit.

it is my opinion that the video has been modified or edited if so is it acceptable in court. It's Definitely my voice but i have spoken to so many of the tenants but not in the background detailed by the video , it looks to me that i was speaking outdoors but even outdoors had a light so it seems to me that the video has been severely edited.

please check whether this is the case
