I am looking for referals to join under me for the following program:

Please go to the site and take a look to see what it is about. If you win this project, I will pay you $5 for every referal you bring me that succesfuly completes the requirements and gets credit for doing so. I only need about 24 referals, so there is limited space. Feel free to use financial incentives to motivate people to join under me.

I may pass on the project to more than one freelancer. Whenever you get me a referal, contact me, and I will credit you after confirming with the referal. I prefer to make payments with paypal, and will pay you once OfferCentric has payed me. When bidding, please give me an estimate of how many referals you think you can bring me, and how fast. If you can bring me referals withing the next 24 hours, I will pay $10 for each.
