Simulator for Calculating Product Shares

I want an online "simulator" that calculations results from raw data we have collected.
The attached Excel tool is almost fully functional. The goal is to replicate it AND add the ability to delete products (e.g., drag and drop to a trash bin) which would then recalculate the formulas without that product (I would update the formula to recalculate it this way).
Ideally this would work on an iPhone/iPad, but that's not required.
Ideally there would be a secure system to get access to this confidential data with a username/password.
