Users should also be able to register / sign in, then upload photos, tag them, both generally and according to a specific location inside the picture, and view all the photos that have been uploaded to the site, and search for those photos by tags. These photos, and their tags, should also embeddable on blog pages, facebook, twitter, etc. Ideally, the programmer will also be able to make these features transferrable to a mobile web app, though that’s just a plus for this programmer.
