new site, with shoppingcart, paypal & credit card payment

I have logos, images, video, design on paper, and functionality requirements are below:

1. shopping cart with CMS like joomla

2. payment gateway, Paypal and CC (maybe Amex with a price increase to my customers)

3. video upload area (approx 6-10)

4. flash load page

5. flash banner X 2, Flash video (10-15 seconds)

6. 5-9 different web addresses need to link to the one site(to the load page)

7. Affiliates section to market my product (one-three page affiliate site required....they must have unique code generated for their customer that can be used once only...I also need to track them for commissions) am open to suggestions as to which affiliate program to use.

8. SEO with first page guarantee @ Google on different keywords (roach, cockroach, ant, pesticide, best roach/ant/cockroach bait, best way to kill cockroaches/ants , safe/st pesticides and much more.) listing my site on most listing sites would be good.

9. Facebook "like" section (min 1000+ likes or more) + discount of 5% on every customer that likes. And many facebook friends needed.

10. Bulk email campaign. I want to send emails time to time to all customers in one click (without them all seeing each others email address) some which are joining on the mailing list and also a list that are not on the mailing list.

11. mailing list section on homepage (eg: join our mailing list...enter name/email)

12. 2 different postage prices per package depending on address of customer (eg inside Australia & New Zealand $9, oustside of Aust & NZ $15) regardless if sent to USA/China/Spain etc)

13. 4-5 email addresses need to be configured to my Mac (eg sales@....com, jon@...com,info@...com, michelle@....com)

14. Twitter link near the Facebook one (would help if you can show me how to utilise this for more traffic)

15. Share link as the same in [url removed, login to view] (the orange one)

16. Buy now page need to have 5-8 different packages

17. All pages need to fit into screen without scrolling (transitional HTML, i think it is called)

18. SIX month Guarantee banner (designed or purchased) needed to suit on with site colours (red, black and white) am open to suggestions.

I seek a professional who will go the extra mile as I have 4 different projects in the pipeline in the next month or two. Please send me examples of your work or any suggestions to other sites that you would think will suit what I am looking for.

Ps: There is a possibility that I will have the site in several different languages in the near future (Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Portuguese) a separate quote on this would be great.
