Wordpress site fix

I need a Wordpress designer to help fix some of the problems on my wordpress site. The main issue is 404 error messages and fixing the links for those pages (possibly about 40 of these). I also need a bit of on site SEO, mainly to do with the header tags and meta descriptions being checked & optimized.
I also seem to have some bug problems (eg. editing buttons have disappeared from above the html publishing section and sometimes when trying to edit a page the cursor keeps clicking back to the beginning of the text) probably caused by plugins. I need someone to check the plug ins and reset them so the site functions better.
I also need the SEO Ultimate (or one just as good) plug in to have settings done for optimum value.
