Sex Toy Magento Design and Development including brand design

Hi,
We are looking for a graphic designer who can create a web 2.0 magento design for an adult sex toy shop. We're open to ideas on colours however we will be looking for the designer to be using images and for these favs, images and icons / logos to be placed on the site.
This is for a complete site design. After which we will be expecting you to cut this and create this as the new magento template. Note this is an adult sex toy site.
Something Fresh, Modern and unique! We are looking for this ASAP therefore if you have too many projects on the go do not apply! Two weeks to design and another week to develop at a maximum. We will be available 24/7 to assist but you will be required to work alone and provide visibility to the progress on a daily basis as the project progresses.
Payments will be made in Milestones - we won't release any payment until we atleast have an initial design., Final payment will only be released once we have all required files uploaded on the server and own all IP.
Note... As this company is a start up company, we would also be happy to consider a low outright payment in return for providing you a percentage of the profits for 12 months which means a continuous payment for an entire year :) Let us know in your message if this is of interest.
