I am seeking an affordable real estate system to list real estate for sale overseas. Would like a system where all leads will be captured and save in a leads generation system.
Should have the ability to take feed of properties on partner websites.
Multi-currency option (should be able to show at least 2-3 currencies
Should be able to show prices for all individual apartments in the same developments. Eg, if a development has apartments ranging from studios, 1,2,3,4 beds, it should be able to show this with prices besides each apartment.
Map of the country we are selling, in this case, map of the UAE and Dubai.
Must have full master admin control panel for adding and managing properties
Agent/broker back office for storing documents and information on all properties and other information.
Due to the fact that we are a startup company, we will also consider readi-made, tested and proven systems as long as the country location can be changed to say Dubai, as long as it enable showing in multi-currency etc.
