mikrotik model LtAP mini 4G kit on public buses free wifi

i am looking for a simple set up for the mikrotik model LtAP mini 4G kit on public buses

we want to provide free internet for users on the bus,

i am not sure of the best set up

we need to limit :

-upstream and downstream for users

-time that can be connected to free wifi on bus

-how much data each user can used .

-user will search for the wifi connection name and enter a password ( user will connect to the internet the same way as if they were using there wifi home connection) we don't need a wellcome portal page no need

i will need to used the same config for feature installation of the same device model on other buses

we can use teamviewer to config the device

need to create a tutorial on how to upload the same scrip to other mikrotik model LtAP mini 4G kit devices and how to change basic info on file
