Adding some simple geolocation issues to header of a wordpress website.

I have a wordpress themed website. It is showing some properties on the map ( openstreet maps ) in header section and search result page. The theme works fine but we need some additional functions:
1- We will put a button at the top: "Properties Around Me" showing the nearest properties to my location.
2- On the map, when we click the map marker, the photo and the property title is seen in a small window. I want to add 2 buttons there: 1- "Drive" , 2- "How Far?". When i click "how far?", it is going to calculate how far is the property to my location. When i click "Drive" , with a simple google maps link to that button, google maps will open and start giving directions.
3- We will apply the issue 2 to property detail page.
