Change color & position of SOLD banner on ecommerce site

Good Day
I need someone to change the color and position of the sold banner that appears on our products once they have been sold. The attached picture shows you what the current banner looks like and what it should look luck. Currently it is a small orange strip at the top left of the banner but we actually want it to be placed horizontally across the image as a red strip.
The site is built in wordpress on the Genesis framework,
