WP Custom Theme Design

I need a customized theme for the latest and most updated version of Wordpress. Also I need you to install the theme on my server. The theme should be exclusive and nobody else can have it.
The theme MUST BE RESPONSIVE and fit for all different devices (tablet, smartphones, pc, laptop, etc.)
The theme should have in the home page videos (provided by me) like for example [login to view URL] ; form email contact; social media (instagram and facebook) integration with direct links; ; e-commerce plugin ready to be activated; SEO optimized.
The actual website is [login to view URL] we need a restyling of the website asap. The pages will be the same, what we need to change is the graphic design.
The project is for a dogs breeder so it should be very nice and pretty. We will provide an in-depth briefing later-
