Name of this plugin being used to create categories/tabs

On a link I will provide at the bottom, is a website in which I have a question about.
On a few different pages, they have some sort of script that creates the ability to make
multiple pages(categories/tabs).. It's probably something extremely simple, but I can't figure it out.
It would probably only take someone knowledgeable a few minutes of time to tell me this, so I will
toss you 5 bucks for your few minutes of time.. thank you.

example 2- [url removed, login to view] (The tabs that say 51+,45-50, etc..) How do I create that tab table?
