I require the search form displayed on my website (the same form is used on multiple pages) to be restyled to fit the supplied photoshop design.

The form is already fully functional and working as required. This is purely for aesthetics.

The form is already responsive, but the new design should also ensure it is responsive too.

I will provide the photoshop design file, and would just like the current form re-styling using CSS to match the design provided.

I have attached the form PSD as well as an image of the current layout of the form.
