Wordpress Plugin that imports posts from feeds and autopost them in my site

I have one wordpress site and i have some feed sites realated with it.

I want a plugin that gets posts from feeds and post them to my site.

It must do these things:

1. Import posts from RSS feeds in an interval (every 30 minutes or 1 hour not a problem)

2. Removes links in post that are from imported site. (ex: if feed post is from [url removed, login to view] than remove [url removed, login to view] permalinks from post)

3. Doesn't change post format

4. Sets post as pending (do not publish it immediately, i will manually publish posts)

I know there are a lot of plugins in net that do this job and i dont care if you bring me a work that is not created by you.

I JUST WANT THE PLUGIN TO DO THESE JOBS (1,2,3,4)

I need this project as soon as possible.
