**We have a design (PNG with layers) which needs converting in to XHTML/CSS.**
Please use provided HTML and CSS files as a starting point.
The buttons on the left hand side are going to be Flash (provided).
The 'pop-up' in the middle needs to be a floating DIV.
You don't need to make the XHTML etc. inside the floating DIV, they are there for illustrative purposes only.
Above the search bar in the header there needs to be some text (not shown on the PNG).
## Deliverables
Must work with IE and Firefox.
The content area (floating DIV) must have curved corners.
Please see the included JPG ([url removed, login to view]) which show the area each DIv must cover.
