Market share & growth rate is important for every company for gaining business and to generate money. As per the instruction of Madina Cement management, I conducted a strategic analysis of the cement market in Bangladesh and prepared a business strategy for gaining target sale and market share and other relevant business requirements. I collected data on sale, production, raw materials import and others of all cement companies for determining the total production, costing, market size and market share of all major companies. I tried to collect information on competition intensity of competing companies. Based on these I figured out the business targets of Madina cement and prepared a business strategy and prepared implementation plan to generate business in a highly competitive cement market in Bangladesh.
