35 years ago I initiated a national newsletter in my spare time and have edited it ever since. It began with receiving letters nation-wide, which I then collated and distributed within New Zealand. This distribution has since extended to recipients worldwide. Since the increased convenience of the internet, I have received these letters and various news items via email which I have edited and proofread, then forwarded the result to email recipients . At the end of the month I collate all these emails and set up a booklet to send out to a small number of people who do not have computers, thus no internet or email. Each booklet contains about 5,000 words on average. Along with this, I have been proofreading a work which has been written by a Dutch author, translated into English by someone else and sent to me for proofreading. I have been doing this now for five years. I would like to be sent proofreading jobs. I am a diligent worker, my work is accurate, I have a good grasp of the English language, spelling and grammar. I can also provide US English spelling.
