Wasn't the best experience working with Chen. I was fooled. He couldn't handle the job well, actually it was his first translation project. Time wasted, money wasted but at least he tried and was honest. He accepted cancellation of partial milestone, which I think is pretty fair. All the best to your projects in the future and please make sure you only promise on something that you can really deliver, manage rather than just making others believe in you blankly. Thx for the efforts anyways.
